<p>For those of you seeking a new weight loss program and considering NutriSystem, I&#8217;m going to outline the basics of the diet for you below. <p>The first lesson in Nutri System 101 is a change in your current eating habits. You likely eat three major meals a day and possibly a few snacks in between. On Nutrisystem you will eat six smaller meals a day. These meals consist of protein, carbs and fat. This is not the Atkin&#8217;s diet or Sugarbusters. NutriSystem is based on a well rounded eating plan.</p>
<p><strong>What You Can Eat</strong><br />
We&#8217;re not expecting you to eat lettuce or carrots for meals and snacks. You can only succeed by following a reasonable plan. Nutri System 101, lesson two: eat the foods you like.
